RILEY0313, Show Some Love Without Red or Pink!

Hello, it's time for another Challenge from Riley and Company! This weeks challenge is hosted by Kelly, and she's challenging us to show some love, make a Valentine or love card using non-traditional colours, not red or pink!

For my card today, I used Stamping Riley and coloured him with copics. I added a tiny glittery heart to the card he made.

The card base is crumb cake, stamped with the French Script BG stamp, and all edges are sponged with crumb cake.

The tag was made using the Shapeabilities Tag Shape 3 die and white card stock. I embossed it with the woodgrain EF, and then ran the crumb cake ink pad over it.

The hearts were made with a Martha Stewart punch and champagne glimmer paper.

Please join us in our challenge, and upload your creation to the Riley and Company Blog. If you upload to any forums, please use the Keyword RILEY0313.

Have a Great Day!

RILEY0911, School Theme!

Hello, It's time for this weeks Riley and Company Challenge! This weeks Hostess is Frances and since it is National Teachers Day, Frances is challenging us to make something school related!

For my project today, I covered the front of a little calendar book I bought at the $ store for 2/$1.00!!! Can't beat that! I like to have a calendar book handy on by crafting desk so I can keep track of releases & challenges, so I made this for myself!

Stamping Riley seemed the perfect choice since I was making it to help keep track of my stamping obligations!

Stamping Riley was stamped onto white & coloured with copics. Then I sponged the edges with Tim Holtz antique linen. The image was cut with a cicle nestie & backed with a lacey circle nestie.

I used some office stamps I had to help decorate it, and finished it off with some ribbons!

Please join us in our challenge and create a card or project that is school related! Then make sure to upload it to the Riley & Company Blog! If you upload to a forum, please use the keywords RILEY0911.

Have a Great Day!

Jauary Sneak Peek Day#4...Blog Hop Tonight!!!

Hello, just a reminder that the Riley and Company January Release and Blog Hop is tonight, Thursday January 20th, 10 pm est! I look forward to hearing from you. Leave a comment on each Design Team Members Blog, and you will be entered for a chance to win some awesome Blog Candy!

This is the new Stamping Riley, I knew Riley was a stamper at heart! lol

I tried to keep this one clean and simple, not easy for me, but I think I pulled it off!

I coloured Riley with copics, and added a bit of red stickles to the little heart on the card. Riley is cut out with nesties and matted on black.

The card base is black, with a layer of red and then white embossed with the heart EF from love language!

The main image and the glittery heart are popped up!

Hope to see you tonight!
