OBG, Hello Love!

Hello, it's Oldie but Goodie day at Catch The Bug, and today we're showing you some Oldies But Goodies! For my card today I used AKV Baby Teddy from Bugaboo Stamps.

I love these adorable little babies, and this was a super fast easy card to make which I have to confess I cased from pinterest and unfortunately I can't find the original creator.

So I coloured the image with copics and cut it out with a scallop nestie. The card base is the new Flirty Flamingo. For the white piece, I used the SU Gorgeous Grunge set in crumb cake ink and pink pirouette, then I inked up a sponge dauber with pink pirouette and stamped some circles and the star is from the SU Banner Blast set stamped in flirty flamingo, then I added some sequins.

I love the sentiment also from a SU set Good Greetings, I popped it up along with the main image and finished it off with some twine.

OBG, AKV Baby Blocks!

Hello, it's time for an Oldie But a Goodie from Bugaboo Stamps. Today I've used the AKV Baby Blocks, in my family you can never have too many baby cards!

I coloured the image with copics, and decided to use some of the new stampin up in colours instead of the usual baby pink & blue. So the card base is tip top taupe, with a layer of peekaboo peach embossed with the heart blocks embossing folder and edges sponged with crumb cake. The image is matted with mint macaroon and I popped it up and finished it off with some crumb cake ribbon.

I also used this weeks Tuesday Morning Sketch TMS#363

SSS408, AKV Baby Teddy!

Hello, it's time for a new Stella Says Sketch Challenge at Catch The Bug
I decided to make a baby card, it's always nice to have them on hand, using AKV Baby Teddy from Bugaboo Stamps.

I coloured the image with copics. The card base is so saffron, with a layer of white that I embossed with the love language EF above the twine, and a stripes EF on the bottom. The designer paper is from DCWV Girl Stack and it had the words on it!

SSS406, Bugaboo Bunny!

Happy Easter Everyone! It's time for another Stella Says Sketch
For my card today I used Bugaboo Bunny. I like that he could be used for Easter, new baby or get well etc.
I coloured the image with copics. The card base is pistachio pudding with a layer of dsp from All Abloom pack. I also embossed the strawberry slush piece with the swiss dot embossing folder.
I tried colouring white candy dots with a copic marker, which works, but if you over colour it leaves streaks.

Have a Happy Easter,

OBG Moon Baby - Night Night!

Hello, it's Oldie But Goodie day at Catch The Bug, and today I have a card I made for our Nephew and his Wife to welcome their new baby Isabella.

I used the Moon Baby-night night from Bugaboo Stamps to make this shaker card. I coloured the image with copics. I made the frame by cutting a rectangle and then used a square nestie to make the window opening, and filled it with some sequins of different shapes.

The card base is coastal cabana with a layer of white and a layer of designer paper. I finished it off with a glimmer heart and the cute sentiment that was in a set I had from Totally Stampalicious.

FMS197, Baby Bumblebee!

Hello, I made this card for this weeks Freshly Made Sketch Challenge FMS197. I love how the Baby Bumble Bee turned out. I stamped on white cardstock with memento tuxedo black, then coloured with Y17 and Y15 copics. For the wings, I coloured around the black lines with a Quickie glue pen then added dazzling diamonds glitter.

Oldie But Goodie, Bentley!

Hello, it's Oldie But Goodie day at Catch The Bug, and today I'm showing you one of my favorites...this is Bentley-On The Inside from Bugaboo Stamps. I used Bentley to make a baby card for my Nephew & his Girlfriend who is expecting a boy in July.

I've already been to a shower, but I made the baby a sweater so I will include this with the gift when he arrives. So I made the card smaller, it's actually 4.25" square. I coloured the image with copics.

The card base is marina mist, with a layer of white and then dsp in the same colour. I used a word bubble die for the sentiment, and finished it off with some twine!

I also used the sketch from Sketch Saturday #367.

OBG, Specially Made For Baby!

Hello, it's Oldie But Goodie Day at Catch The Bug, so I used this adorable Oldie for this gift tag. This is Bugaboo Baby-Blanket from Bugaboo Stamps, I printed 2, one on white and one on designer paper. I coloured the image with copics and tried to make the blanket look like the real one below.
My 15 year old Daughter Olivia is learning to knit and picking it up qucikly! She made this blanket for her soon to be 2nd cousin. I printed the words on the computer.

Freebie Friday, Bugaboo Baby!

Hello, it's Freebie Friday time at Bugaboo Stamps, and this weeks Freebie is this adorable Bugaboo Baby!

I printed the image onto white and designer paper. It's a nice clean image so very easy to paper piece. I used an exacto knife to cut out the inside of the hood. The main image was cut out as well, then I glued on the outfit and popped it up!

The card base is bashful blue, with a layer of white embossed with the Seeing Spots embossing folder, then another layer embossed with the Love Language EF and the circle was embossed with the Swiss Dot EF.

I also used the Deconstructed Sketch DS196
