Speedy's Challenge #22, Pumpkins!

Hello out there, sorry I'm late posting this! I'm still not well and I was so proud of myself for having my card done ahead of time, but I completely forgot to upload it to me blog! My Daughter Rachel had all her wisdom teeth out yesterday, so I was busy tending to her!

Enough about me, this weeks Speedy the Cat's Friends Challenge #22, is to use a pumkin on your card. If you are new to SCF Challenge, we offer a random weekly winner a FREE Mark's Finest Papers stamp set as a prize! For every 5o entries, we pick ANOTHER random winner! [Yes, you may play more than once] If you use MFP stamps, you are entered twice!] Just make sure to upload your card Here by Friday Oct. 1, at 3 pm.

I used the new Thankful Mums & Pumpkins set. The lines on these pumpkin are so fine, and it embossed beautifully!

I stamped the image first in versamrk and then in Early espresso, then I embossed with clear embossing powder. I coloured the pumpins with markers and a watercolour brush on watercolour paper.

Then I went over the pumpkins with some of the orange pearlescent watercolor, you can see the shimmer in the photo above!

The card base is early espresso, with a layer of blue from Mark's Finest paper, that I embossed with the pumpkin harvest EF. The dp is from Basic Grey mellow.

I finished it off with ribbon and a charm, they have such great charms at Mark's Finest Papers!
