Hello, it's Day 4 of our Bugaboo Christmas In July Celebration, and today's Challenge is Bingo and Make It Funny!
For my card today, I went across the top of the Bingo board the image is AKV Snowman 2 from Bugaboo Stamps. I think the sentiment is funny, it's from YNS and I used the swiss dot embossing folder.

The card base is melon mambo, I coloured the image with copics then embossed the whole piece. The designer paper is from Recollections and the bottom is pink pirouette!

Please join our challenge and upload your creation to the Catch The Bug Blog for your chance to win!

TSMONDAY, Let It Snow!

Hello, this weeks Totally Stampalicious challenge is to add some snow! I decided to pull out my Snowmen set, I haven't used it in a while, and I need to make some snowman cards for the Kards For Kids Christmas drive so this will be perfect!

I stamped him on white along with the scarf and hat, then coloured them with copics.

The card base is real red, with white embossed with the snowflake EF. The frame in the center was made with the spellbinders Fleur De Lis Squares die.

The sentiment is from the Let it Snow Stella set.

Please play along in our challenge, and upload your card or creation to the Totally Stampalicious Blog. If you use a Totally Stampalicious image, the prize will be doubled!

I hope you can make it to our Totally Stampalicious Blog Hop and Release on Thursday November 29th, 9pm est.

Totally Stampalicious SALE!

Hello, Just wanted to let you know there's a SALE going on at Totally Stampalicious! It's a Black Friday Sale, but this one is Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Both the Willameana and Snowmen Sets are on sale for $9.95 each, and that includes the Digi Sets too!

I made the card above using the Snowmen set. It was really easy to make this cute Snowman family. First I stamped the snowman onto regular copy paper twice and cut them out to use as masks. Then I stamped the smaller one in the front, cover it, stamp the Mom, and then cover her and stamp the Dad, voila!

I stamped their hats and scarves separately, coloured them and cut them out. The snowmen themselves don't need much colouring, I used BG10 around the outsides, C-1 on the snowmen, YR68, YR16 for the carrot nose and R00 for the cheeks.

The white background was made with a background stamp from Local King Rubber Stamps. First I covered it with versamark and then baja breeze, and then I embossed it with iridescent ice EP. It has a nice sparkle, but you can't see it in the photo. I added glitter around the edge of the main image too.

The sentiment is from 'Let it snow Stella'.

Happy Shopping!

Candy Cane Lane!

So you're not out fighting the crowds on the last Saturday before Christmas!!!! I agree, surfing the net is way more relaxing, and fun!

This handsome guy is from Totally Stampalicious in a set called Snowmen. I stamped him on white & coloured with copics. His hat & scarf were stamped separately, coloured and cut out. The image panel was cut with my new nesties Label #8. I cut a couple extra pieces for the bottom too.

I attached the bottom pieces with temporary tape, then embossed the whole thing with the swiss dot EF. Then I removed the bottom pieces, added the glitter and then reattached them.

I was so happy to get my new Candy cane stripes EF. I embossed the red background piece, then ran the edge of my white craft ink pad along the raised edges.

The sentiment is popped up, and I added sheer ribbon. The candy is a mini tree decoration, just like the snowflake in the post below!

Have a Great Weekend!

Simply Angelic Snowman!

Hello, well a little late, but I made this for the Monday challenge on the Totally Stampalicious Blog, TSMONDAY9. This weeks challenge is to keep it simple, which couldn't have come at a better time for me! I think this was the fastest card I've ever made, but it still has layers & texture!

I also used this weeks sketch challenge at SCS, SC258.

The card base is white, with a layer of white embossed with the swiss dot EF.

I stamped the snowman from the 'Snowmen' set in memento tuxedo black. I used copics to colour & a gold pen to colour in the halo.

Then I embossed the end of this panel with the snowflakes EF. I couldn't decide what colour ribbon to use, so I went with this multi coloured sheer ribbon. This whole panel is popped up.

The sentiment, also from the snowmen set, was stamped with gold encore and punched with the large oval, and popped up.
There's still time to make a simple card for the challenge TSMONDAY9 and you have a chance to win a $10. gift certificate!
Thanks for stopping by!

TSMONDAY6, Snowman Glitter Globe!

Hello & Happy Rememberance Day! I made this card for the Monday Challenge on the Totally Stampalicous Blog TSMONDAY6. We were to use glitter.

This is part of a new set 'Snowmen' released by Totally Stampalicous last Friday! There are tons of possibilities with this set! When I saw this Snow Globe Card tutorial by Libby Hickson posted on SCS last week I knew I wanted to use my new Snowman set.

So this weeks challenge was to use glitter...who doesn't love glitter! well as I'm typing this I realize I used glitter embossing powder!!!! I hope that still counts...it makes the same mess all over! lol

I stamped my snowman onto white, and coloured him with copics, I added glitter, yep real dazzling diamonds glitter, with a quickie glue pen, to his melting bits. Then I cut the snowman out.

I followed the directions of the tutorial to cut out my pieces. I a circle nestie to cut the acetate. The top snowdrift & the edge on the front were covered with versamark & embossed with iridescent ice ep.

The first snowflakes I stamped in craft white, and then found out that won't dry on acetate! So I used a little goo gone on a cloth to wipe my acetate clean & started over! If you use stazon, I used opaque white, it drys!

I totally forgot to take a picture of the inside, and I'm too lazy to go back downstairs, the sentiment says 'I think I need a higher SPF' lol it's one of the many stamps in the set.

There's still time to enter the challenge to win a $10. gift certificate from Totally Stampalicous, why not give it a try?

Have a Great Day!
