Hello, time for another Sneak Peek from Riley and Company's May release.
For my card today, I used the Sleepy Riley along with a new Funny Bones sentiment 'My Bed is a Magical Place...'
I coloured Riley with copics, and he's supposed to be standing on a rug, although it kinda looks like grass! lol I made a faux bed, just using cardstock and paper. for the pillow I curled the cardstock a bit and added a dimensional in the center so it looks pillowy!
The card base is night of navy and all the dp is from Echo Park A boys life.
The Riley and Company Release and Blog Hop will be this Thursday May 23rd, at 10:00pm est. Make sure to join us for more inspiration and of course your chance to win blog candy!

Spa Slumber Party Invite!
Well Our youngest Olivia has reached the double digits! She turned 10 on Sunday, and to celebrate this year, we had a Spa/Slumber Party! This was the invite, Olivia was the designer, I took her ideas, and came up with this. The base is pretty in pink with the front embossed with the argyle EF. The inside has a piece of dp and the corner is rounder. Then I scored & folded the front down & it's held in place with a dimensional.
The card inside, is chocolate chip & vanilla, the edges are sponged with Tim Holtz distress ink. You can't see it in the photo, but I also stamped on the who, when, where for the party info.
The bookmark features the adorable Sleepy Riley from Riley and Company. I stamped him with memento rich cocoa and coloured him with copics.
I'll be posting more pics from the party and recipes, so please stop by again.
Stamps: Sleepy Riley
Paper: pretty in pink, chocolate chip, very vanilla, dp
Ink: memento rich cocoa, Tim Holtz distress ink antique linen
Accessories: argyle EF, copics, sizzix two tags, corner rounder, eyelet, ribbon,

Sleepover Invite!

Hello, this is the invitation I made for the April release challenge HSAC1 on the Hanna Stamps forum. We were to make an invitation. I used the sleepytime Riley to make a sleepover invite!
The image was stamped on white. I coloured Riley with prismacolour pencils, and the rest with copics.
The card base is black with a layer of green galore embossed with spot & dots (reminded me of moon craters) The bottom edge was made with a MS star edge punch, and I attached a piece of yoyo yellow behind.
I used circle punches, and a new EK moon & stars punch for the circle, it's popped up. It's finished off with pretty in pink grosgrain ribbon.
Have a Great Day
Laurie
