Hanna Friday Challenge & DTGD - Here's the Scoop

Every Friday a new challenge is posted on the Hanna Stamps Forum here. If you play in all the current months challenges, you are entered for a chance to win a free stamp set! This weeks challenge was hosted by Silli, and we were to make a circular card. I used the new Ice Cream Riley, and picked colours to resemble neopolitan ice cream! The card itself was made with circle/scallop nesties.

Riley was stamped in burnt umber & coloured with prismacolour pencils. His jacket was made with the itty bitty backgrounds, stamped on vanilla in pink & close to cocoa.

I found the sentiment at Zellers, and thought it fit perfectly.

When I first saw Ice Cream Riley, I thought about these candy cones. But do you think I could find them anywhere!! So I have been on the search, not doing so well, and while we were at Giant Tiger the other day, Olivia spotted them!

I made this holder for them, so they fit in there nicely! The background paper was made with the itty bitty backgrounds, stamped in pretty in pink & close to cocoa onto very vanilla. Then I slipped it into a food safe bag, and tied with ribbon. They actually look way better than they really are! lol but kids like them!
