Bugaboo September Bingo Challenge!

Hello, it's time for our weekly challenge and this week it's Bingo! I used the top line of the bingo board, tag, pearls and a school image.
This is Grad Bear from Bugaboo Stamps. I coloured him with markers and then went back over the brown with a blender copic just making dots. I was going for a textured look!

The card base is black, with a layer of designer paper from Recollections. I made the tag with the tag topper punch from SU then added ribbon and popped it up. I finished it off with some pearls!

OBG, Kidz-Graduate Girl!

Hello, it's Oldie But Goodie Day at Catch The Bug. Today I used Kidz-Graduate Girl from Bugaboo Stamps. I think she's so cute. I made this for my Daughter's girlfriend, who just graduated from University. The school's colours are red and gray so I went with those colours.

I coloured the image with copics and added a bit of sparkle with copic atyou spicas in red and gold. The card base is white, with a layer of basic gray and the red piece is from Recollections. The star is gold glimmer paper and I embossed the sentiment, from SU, with white embossing powder.

I also used the deconstructed sketch DS204

SSS310, Happy Graduation!

Hello, it's time for this month's Stella Says Sketch over at Catch The Bug...
I used this month's sketch to make a Graduation card for my Niece who will be graduating from Grade 8 this month. I used Ava Grad Diploma from Bugaboo Stamps.
I also used an oval instead of the circle to better fit the image and I wanted the leopard of the designer paper to show.
I know this seems like odd papers for a grad card, but when I checked out the schools website to see what their colours were, I found they were blue and that their mascot was a leopard, so this seemed like a good idea!
I coloured the image with copics. The card base is black, with a layer of blue embossed with a leopard embossing folder and designer paper from Bo Bunny zoology. For the embellishments, I used 3 sequins each topped with a rhinestone.

Please join in our challenge and upload your card to the Catch The Bug Blog, you have the whole month to enter!

SSS212, Congratulations To Ewe!

Hello, the new Stella Says Sketch SSS212 starts today!
I made this card for our youngest Olivia who is Graduated from Grade 8 this week...hard to believe my baby is starting High School in September!

For my card today, I used Ewe-Congratulations To Ewe from Bugaboo Stamps.
I printed off two of the images and cut out the head of one and popped it up. I also added crystal effects to his eyes and tiny gems to the tassel on the hat.

The card base is black, with a layer of daffodil delight embossed with a star embossing folder. The designer paper is from DCWV Hittin The Books stack, and I used red glimmer paper to mat the image and make the letter A using a YNS die.

FMS138, You Did It!

Hello, I made this for this weeks Freshly Made Sketch, FMS138. We have 4 girls in our family graduating this month so this will be going to one of them!

I used the Grad Cap and Diploma from Bugaboo Stamps. I printed it twice, and coloured with copics. I cut just the hat out of one image and added a micro brad to the hat and popped in up on the other full image that I also cut out.

The card base is black, with a layer of designer paper from DCWV Hittin' The Books stack. The lined paper in the center is from a small Recollections stack of school themed papers. The stars were made with a SU star punch and a Martha Stewart Stars punch with red glimmer paper.

Have a Great Day!
